Hello,
my name is Victoria Chavez, and I am the Estate Planning Paralegal at Madrazo Villarreal, APC. Born and raised in Chula Vista as the daughter of an immigrant father who built our family's future from the ground up, I understand firsthand how much our parents sacrifice — and how important it is to protect the legacies they worked so hard to create.
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, I bring patience, compassion, and clear communication to every family I serve. My promise is simple: when you sit down with me, you will be seen, heard, and treated like family — because to me, that is exactly what you are.
My Story
Some people choose a career. For Victoria Chavez, her career chose her.
Victoria's story begins the way so many of our clients' stories begin — with a parent who crossed a border in search of a better life. In 1994, her father became the first in his family to leave Tijuana and build a future in the United States. He arrived with nothing but his hands, his faith, and a dream. What he built here in Chula Vista — a home, a family, deep roots — is the reason Victoria exists, and the reason she does what she does today.
Victoria has been an empath for as long as she can remember. Even as a little girl, she felt the weight of other people's pain, and she always knew she wanted her life to mean something to someone else. As she grew older and watched her dad work, sacrifice, and quietly protect everything he built so that his children could have more than he did, she began to understand something profound: immigrant families don't just build lives. They build legacies. And those legacies — every home, every business, every dollar saved, every name passed down — deserve to be protected with the same love and dedication that built them.
That is why she became an Estate Planning Paralegal.
To turn her desire to help into real skills that could change lives, Victoria earned her degree in Bilingual Paralegal Studies and Spanish for Bilinguals from Southwestern College, along with a certificate in Intermediate Legal Interpretation and Translation. But the truth is, her deepest education didn't happen in a classroom. It happened at her father's dinner table — listening, learning, watching, and understanding what it really means to work for your family's future in a country that doesn't always make it easy.
When Victoria found Madrazo Villarreal, APC, she knew she had found her home. She was drawn here by the firm's heart — by its unwavering passion for serving the Latino community with the dignity, respect, and justice they deserve. Because every immigrant family she meets reminds her of her own. Every parent reminds her of her father. And every legacy she helps protect feels personal — because it is.
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, Victoria brings patience, understanding, and clear communication to every client she serves. She knows that conversations about wills, trusts, and what happens to our families when we are gone are not easy ones — they are some of the most vulnerable conversations a person can have. That is why she promises every client who sits across from her one simple thing: you will be seen, you will be heard, and you will be treated like family.
When she's not at work, Victoria recharges with the things that feed her soul — a good book, time to write, and unforgettable moments outdoors with her family, always chasing the next beautiful, scenic view. Because life, like the legacies we work so hard to protect, is meant to be cherished.
If you've worked your whole life to build something for the people you love, don't leave it to chance. Let Victoria and the Madrazo Villarreal team help you protect it — with the same heart, dedication, and respect that built it.
She would be honored to walk beside you.
